Are these guys scripting ? League of legends scripters

A lol script is where you download the program for free and it pretty much reads the code and can move your champion and use its abilities in unhuman timing. You skills and reactions are super fast and you can out play all with it on. However it looks so unnatural that you can tell whether or not some are using scripts to play league of legends. Have a look at this clip and tell me if you think any of these players are using a script.
